WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Used, opened, final sale, personalized, and framed art prints cannot be returned or refunded. Personalized orders are non-refundable once placed.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item(s) are received and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Confirm eligibility
Items must be unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
2. Contact us
Email eugeniafleurgd@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your request is submitted, we will provide further instructions.
3. Ship the item back
After approval, return the item as instructed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
